Posted by I used to travel 1.5 hours to my hometown to have my dogs groomed. I recently called in Aug to have an appointment made and she is booked through the rest of the year!!! I guess it is time to find a new groomer (but she only charged $20/dog!). I have 2 med-large boxer mixes. We went to Wendy’s grooming once. I didn’t care for the way they threw my dog at me in such a rush. They weren’t as friendly as I had expected. Then we tried Pet Smart and they were wonderful! But they didn’t give my dog a hygenic trim like my old groomer did (and I wasn’t willing to pay $20 for a few odd hairs that needed cut—-oh the blessings of having a mutt!)
Does anyone know of a good groomer here in Columbus that I should try out?

Nope, I live in New Mexico & have no idea as to any information in your location.
I used to groom dogs & many of my clients were from different parts of the state. I specialized in behavioral problems, so I got a lot of referrals from Vets on ill tempered & hard to handle dogs.
It is hard to find a good groomer, I know.
Good luck finding one, it makes all the difference in the world.
